Advanced Flame Technology
The Torridon features the unique Optiflame 3D technology, which creates a realistic and mesmerising flame effect. You can customise the flame to suit your mood, choosing between a calming blue or a warm orange glow. The variable flame brightness and downlighting options allow you to enhance the ambiance further, while the choice of coals, logs, crystals, or pebbles for the fuel bed adds a personal touch.
Efficient Heating Options
Providing up to 2kW of heat, the Torridon offers two heat settings (1kW and 2kW) to suit your comfort needs. The electric fire can also be used independently of the heat, providing a cozy atmosphere all year round. The built in thermostat and run back timer (up to 8 hours) ensure efficient and convenient heating control.
User Friendly Controls
Dimplex's Torridon is equipped with easy to use controls, including a remote control and manual controls located under the canopy. The remote control allows you to adjust the settings from the comfort of your seat, while the manual controls provide direct access to all features. The LED lighting and multicoloured flame options are also controlled at the touch of a button.

If you choose an installation service then the delivery cost is included in that amount. No additional delivery charge is added. If you don't select any installation services our delivery charge for medium domestic appliances and larger TVs in our local area (Zone 1 on the map on the delivery information section of our website) is £20. This is to deliver to you at your ground floor door. Smaller items such as cleaners, microwaves, kettles, etc, are delivered for £10.

If an item is out of stock for a long period of time we will inform you of an expected delivery date by email. If this is not acceptable we will inform you of an alternative item or you may cancel the order.
Please examine goods upon receipt.
We prefer to unpack products for you to inspect on delivery. If your preference is for them to be left packaged we cannot accept responsibility for damage unless it is reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
If we have installed a product ensure you are happy before signing the delivery note. Reports of damage to the product or fixtures/fittings will not be entertained after we have left your premises.
