Striking flame realism
This model's Optiflame 3D effect creates a convincing, multi layered flame that you can tailor by adjusting colour and brightness, and choosing between coals, crystals or log fuel beds for different looks. LED illumination provides vivid, low energy lighting and the flame only option lets you enjoy the ambience without heat, making the Dumfries ideal for mood setting all year round.
Flexible heating with intuitive controls
The Dumfries delivers up to 2kW of fan assisted heat with two selectable power settings (1kW and 2kW) and a variable thermostat for comfortable, efficient warmth. Controls are available both under the canopy and via the supplied remote control (battery included), and the unit includes an 8 hour run back timer for convenient heating management.
Tailored installation and versatility
Designed as an inset electric fire, the Dumfries has 1.8m power cord to simplify setup, while the compact footprint and heritage inspired styling make it suitable for a wide range of interiors.
Practical safety and convenient extras
Safety and everyday convenience are built in: the fire has a safety cut out, on/off switch, thermostat control and is Lot 20 compliant. The DMF20AB also has a downlight, LED lamps, and can be operated both remotely and manually.

Please do note that we will hold your item for up to 30 days after which we will refund the cost if it has not been collected.

2. Expert Delivery & Installation
We can also send out our own expert team to deliver and install your appliances.
It costs £20 for a delivery including large goods (such as Washing Machines, Fridge Freezers, Cookers), and £10 for a delivery of smaller goods (such as smaller TVs, Microwaves, Air Fryers, etc). If you choose for us to install your purchase, then we will deliver for free!
This includes unboxing your appliance and leaving it in a room of your choice.
To prove our commitment to quality of service, we don't hide behind 3rd party subcontractors, or "self-employed" workers, our expert installers are employed directly by us.

We also ship anywhere in the UK via trusted couriers!
Air fryers, microwaves, vacuum bags, you name it!
The only products we can't yet ship are large appliances such as washing machines, cookers, etc.
For most of the UK, our charge is £10.
Our couriers charge extra to ship to certain areas, such as Northern Ireland. Shipping to these locations starts at £20. This handy map shows which areas cost us a little extra to ship to.
