TV Retuning Guide:

You may need to retune your TV periodically, we are currently in the midst of frequency changes with a lot of channels, to make way for the new 5G mobile network.


Panasonic:

  1. Press the ‘Menu’ button on TV Remote
  2. Select ‘Setup’ option from ‘Main Menu’
  3. Select ‘DVB Tuning Menu’ or ‘Digital Tuning Menu’ option in ‘Setup Menu’
  4. Select ‘Auto Setup’ option in ‘DVB Tuning Menu’
  5. You will be prompted with ‘All DVB Tuning Data Will Be Erased’
  6. Allow up to 20 minutes for all services to be found
  7. Enter geographic area if prompted

For Panasonic Recorders:

  1. Press the 'Function Menu' button on the recorder remote
  2. Select 'Setup' from the 'Main Menu'
  3. Select 'Basic Settings' from the 'Setup Menu'
  4. Select 'Tuning' from the 'Setup Menu'
  5. Select 'Auto Setup' from the 'Tuning Menu' 
  6. You will be prompted with ‘All DVB Tuning Data Will Be Erased’
  7. Allow up to 20 minutes for all services to be found
  8. Enter geographic area if prompted

Sony:

  1. Press ‘Home’ button on TV Remote
  2. Select ‘Settings’ option from the ‘Home’ screen
  3. Select ‘Digital Auto Tuning’ from the ‘Settings’ menu
  4. Follow on-screen instructions

Samsung:

  1. Press ‘Menu’ button on TV Remote
  2. Select ‘Broadcasting’ option from ‘Main Menu’
  3. Select ‘Auto Tuning’ option from ‘Broadcasting Menu’
  4. Select ‘Auto Tuning’ option from ‘Auto Tuning Menu’
  5. Select ‘Start’ and follow on-screen instructions

Linsar: 

  1. Press the ‘Menu’ button on TV Remote
  2. Select ‘Installation’ option from ‘Main Menu’
  3. Select ‘Automatic Channel Scan (Retune)’ from ‘Installation Menu’
  4. Follow on-screen instructions

LG: 

  1. Press the ‘Settings’ button on TV Remote
  2. Navigate to 'Advanced Settings' menu
  3. Select 'Channels' then 'Channel Tuning'
  4. Follow on-screen instructions

Mitchell & Brown: 

  1. Press the ‘Menu’ button on TV Remote
  2. Navigate up to 'Settings'  
  3. Navigate across to 'Installation' and press Select
  4. Navigate down to 'Automatic Channel Scan' and press Select
  5. Select 'D.Aerial' and follow On-Screen Instructions

Hisense: 

  1. Press the ‘Home’ button on TV Remote
  2. Navigate up to Small Round Icons in the Top Left Corner
  3. Navigate Across to 'Settings' Cog Icon
  4. Navigate Down to 'Channel' & Press 'Okay'
  5. Select 'Auto Scan'
  6. Select 'Rescan' & Select 'Okay'

Vispera: 

  1. Press the ‘Menu’ button on TV Remote
  2. Navigate Across to 'TV Options'
  3. Navigate to 'Settings'
  4. Select 'Channels' then select 'Channels' again
  5. Select 'Channel Scan'
  6. Follow on-screen instructions
