Bosch's KGE49AICAG fridge freezer is a low frost model that's designed to keep fresh food fresher for longer while making everyday organisation easier. It has VitaFresh climate controlled drawers, separate cooling for both the controlled fridge and freezer compartments, SuperCooling and SuperFreezing boosts, plus practical storage ideas such as an external large freezer box and adjustable shelving.
VitaFresh Food Drawers
One of Bosch's best inclusions in the KGE49AICAG is their VitaFresh drawers. These drawers are climate controlled, maintaining a steady temperature of around 0°C. This is ideal for perishables such as meats and dairy, and fresh fruits and vegetables.
Low Frost Less Defrost
The KGE49AICAG has been designed with Bosch's low frost technology, meaning frost build up is reduced compared with standard freezers. That means that defrosting is required less frequently, saving you time and effort whilst helping keep the appliance running more efficiently.
Flexible Storage
The fridge section has a 302 litres capacity with 4 shelves (3 of which are adjustable), 3 door bins, 2 VitaFresh drawers and 1 bottle rack. The interior uses bright LED lighting, so everything is easy to see. The freezer section has a 117 litres capacity, including a BigBox drawer (much larger than even the biggest freezer drawer in most comparable fridge freezers). This is a really good idea, letting you easily store larger items.
Boost Cooling Performance
The KGE49AICAG is equipped with both SuperCooling and SuperFreezing. These technologies let the fridge and freezer compartments temporarily use more energy to rapidly cool down to the desired temperatures. This is perfect for situations where you don't mind less energy efficiency and just want everything to cool as quickly as possible, such as loading up after food shopping. This is extremely effective, as the 2 compartments have totally separate and independently controllable cooling systems.
Quiet Operation
At 38 dB, the Bosch KGE49AICAG is an extremely low noise appliance. It also has a clear warning if the door's ever left open for a while, and if it detects that the internal temperature has risen to an unsafe level.

If you choose an installation service then the delivery cost is included in that amount. No additional delivery charge is added. If you don't select any installation services our delivery charge for medium domestic appliances and larger TVs in our local area (Zone 1 on the map on the delivery information section of our website) is £20. This is to deliver to you at your ground floor door. Smaller items such as cleaners, microwaves, kettles, etc, are delivered for £10.

If an item is out of stock for a long period of time we will inform you of an expected delivery date by email. If this is not acceptable we will inform you of an alternative item or you may cancel the order.
Please examine goods upon receipt.
We prefer to unpack products for you to inspect on delivery. If your preference is for them to be left packaged we cannot accept responsibility for damage unless it is reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
If we have installed a product ensure you are happy before signing the delivery note. Reports of damage to the product or fixtures/fittings will not be entertained after we have left your premises.
