Bosch's PBP6B6B60 gas hob is an excellent choice for most homes. It has 4 burners over a decent range of powers, simple side mounted controls and a durable and long lasting build with cast iron pan supports and an enamel finished stainless steel hob surface.
Burner Coverage
The PBP6B6B60 has 4 gas burners to cook with, in a useful mix of sizes and powers. These range from a 1kW economy burner, through 2 1.7kW standard burners, to the 3kW high speed burner. Bosch's versatile design and engineering gives you the flexibility to handle everything from gentle simmering (like sauces) to fast, high heat cooking (like boiling, frying, or when using larger pans).
Simple Everyday Use
Bosch have built the PBP6B6B60 for practical, intuitive and easy operation. Cooking doesn't have to be complicated. The control knobs are positioned on the side of the appliance, helping you reach what you've got cooking in double time. As with most hobs, to ignite the burner, simply depress the knob until you see sparks and it sets aflame. These controls are tactile, responsive, and just feel like they've been made with care. Experience extremely precise responsiveness with the fully variable heat levels, twisting quickly and smoothly to get the heat just right.
Durability & Stability
Bosch have equipped the PBP6B6B60 with a flame failure safety device on each burner. This means that if a flame goes out unexpectedly, then the gas supply will automatically cut out. The pan supports are made of durable and hard wearing cast iron atop rubber feet. This keeps pans secure and stable when cooking, while also protecting the enamel surface below.
Future Proofing
The PBP6B6B60 comes preset for natural gas, but also includes the nozzles required to convert it to run on LPG, which could come in handy later on in life.

If you choose an installation service then the delivery cost is included in that amount. No additional delivery charge is added. If you don't select any installation services our delivery charge for medium domestic appliances and larger TVs in our local area (Zone 1 on the map on the delivery information section of our website) is £20. This is to deliver to you at your ground floor door. Smaller items such as cleaners, microwaves, kettles, etc, are delivered for £10.

We prefer to unpack products for you to inspect on delivery. If your preference is for them to be left packaged we cannot accept responsibility for damage unless it is reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
If we have installed a product ensure you are happy before signing the delivery note. Reports of damage to the product or fixtures/fittings will not be entertained after we have left your premises.
