If you choose an installation service then the delivery cost is included in that amount. No additional delivery charge is added. If you don't select any installation services our delivery charge for medium domestic appliances and larger TVs in our local area (Zone 1 on the map on the delivery information section of our website) is £20. This is to deliver to you at your ground floor door. Smaller items such as cleaners, microwaves, kettles, etc, are delivered for £10.

If an item is out of stock for a long period of time we will inform you of an expected delivery date by email. If this is not acceptable we will inform you of an alternative item or you may cancel the order.
Please examine goods upon receipt.
We prefer to unpack products for you to inspect on delivery. If your preference is for them to be left packaged we cannot accept responsibility for damage unless it is reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
If we have installed a product ensure you are happy before signing the delivery note. Reports of damage to the product or fixtures/fittings will not be entertained after we have left your premises.
