Anti Hair Wrap Plus Technology
Anti Hair Wrap Plus Technology actively removes long, short and pet hair from the brush-roll during operation, helping to prevent tangling and maintain effective suction. The enhanced floorhead design features engineered bristles and a chevron pattern to direct debris towards the anti-wrap combs, ensuring reliable hair pick-up on carpets, rugs and hard floors.
Lift-Away Functionality and Pet Tools
Lift-Away Technology allows the canister to be detached from the floorhead, transforming the vacuum into a portable unit for cleaning stairs, upholstery and hard-to-reach areas. The included accessories which are a crevice tool, multi-surface tool and Pet Power Brush, enable targeted cleaning, with the Pet Power Brush specifically designed to remove embedded pet hair from soft furnishings.
XL Dust Cup and Multi-Surface Performance
The XL 2.5 litre dust cup supports extended cleaning sessions with minimal interruption, making it suitable for larger homes. Two floor modes allow easy switching between carpet and hard floor cleaning, while adjustable suction provides appropriate power for different surfaces. If an item is out of stock for a long period of time we will inform you of an expected delivery date by email. If this is not acceptable we will inform you of an alternative item or you may cancel the order.
Please examine goods upon receipt.
We prefer to unpack products for you to inspect on delivery. If your preference is for them to be left packaged we cannot accept responsibility for damage unless it is reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
If we have installed a product ensure you are happy before signing the delivery note. Reports of damage to the product or fixtures/fittings will not be entertained after we have left your premises.
We have 3 ways to ensure your choice of appliance seamlessly makes its way from our business into your hands.

Whether you've ordered online, given us a call, or popped into one of our stores and had a browse, one of our expert team members will make ensure you get your purchase in tip top condition.
Please do note that we will hold your item for up to 30 days after which we will refund the cost if it has not been collected.

2. Expert Delivery & Installation
In-House Deliveries
We can also send out our own expert team to deliver and install your appliances.
It costs £20 for a delivery including large goods (such as Washing Machines, Fridge Freezers, Cookers), and £10 for a delivery of smaller goods (such as smaller TVs, Microwaves, Air Fryers, etc). If you choose for us to install your purchase, then we will deliver for free!
This includes unboxing your appliance and leaving it in a room of your choice.
Larger value orders let us go further afield, here's a map to show where we deliver.
Gas Installations
We can arrange for a Gas Safe registered installer to connect your appliance, normally on the same day as delivery.
Installation also includes disconnection of an old appliance (if necessary).
Installation for gas products is only available on certain days (dependent on location). Once you have placed your order we may need to contact you to change the installation date.
If you ask us to arrange disposal of your old appliance this is done on the same day as installation.
The operating area for the 3rd party Gas Safe registered installers we use is smaller than our normal delivery areas. This is shown below.
3. Nationwide Shipping
We also ship anywhere in the UK via trusted couriers!
Air fryers, microwaves, vacuum bags, you name it!
The only products we can't yet ship are large appliances such as washing machines, cookers, etc.
For most of the UK, our charge is £10.
Our couriers charge extra to ship to certain areas, such as Northern Ireland. Shipping to these locations starts at £20. This handy map shows which areas cost us a little extra to ship to.
