The Felix is light, powerful and easy to use; droppping flat to the floor to clean under furniture, the low profile “L” shaped head lets you clean right to the skirting board and even reach under most radiators. The 31cm power head has an electronic guidance system, which indicates the correct height setting for optimum cleaning performance.
The double helix brush gives superb brush action and guides dust into the airstream. For cleaning or replacement the brush roller can be removed easily, simply by pushing a button. The brush can be switched off, making it suitable for delicate floors or rugs e.g. wool-loop pile carpets although sample testing is recommended first as floor qualities vary.
If something gets trapped in the brush (such as a rug or a stray handkerchief, the brush stops instantly to prevent damage. A soft bumper protects the power head against any knocks.
The FELIX features a patented rotating swivel neck which allows you to turn the machine easily, providing superb manoeuvrability for cleaning around obstacles. The 15cm maximum height when flat enables the FELIX to clean under furniture, whilst the power head has an even lower profile for getting into hard to reach places. The integrated hose is immediately ready for cleaning hard to reach areas either on its own or with the crevice nozzle or upholstery nozzle.
The high efficiency 700w motor, powerful ET-1 electric powerhead and non-slip belts give optimal cleaning performance, year after year. With electronic variable suction power, brush on/off control and adjustable brush height, the FELIX can cope with a wide range of floors and the 3.5L Ultra-Bag and S-Class filtration system ensure that once dust has been vacuumed, you will never see it, or breathe it, again.

If an item is out of stock for a long period of time we will inform you of an expected delivery date by email. If this is not acceptable we will inform you of an alternative item or you may cancel the order.
Please examine goods upon receipt.
We prefer to unpack products for you to inspect on delivery. If your preference is for them to be left packaged we cannot accept responsibility for damage unless it is reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
If we have installed a product ensure you are happy before signing the delivery note. Reports of damage to the product or fixtures/fittings will not be entertained after we have left your premises.
We have 3 ways to ensure your choice of appliance seamlessly makes its way from our business into your hands.

Whether you've ordered online, given us a call, or popped into one of our stores and had a browse, one of our expert team members will make ensure you get your purchase in tip top condition.
Please do note that we will hold your item for up to 30 days after which we will refund the cost if it has not been collected.

2. Expert Delivery & Installation
In-House Deliveries
We can also send out our own expert team to deliver and install your appliances.
It costs £20 for a delivery including large goods (such as Washing Machines, Fridge Freezers, Cookers), and £10 for a delivery of smaller goods (such as smaller TVs, Microwaves, Air Fryers, etc). If you choose for us to install your purchase, then we will deliver for free!
This includes unboxing your appliance and leaving it in a room of your choice.
Larger value orders let us go further afield, here's a map to show where we deliver.
Gas Installations
We can arrange for a Gas Safe registered installer to connect your appliance, normally on the same day as delivery.
Installation also includes disconnection of an old appliance (if necessary).
Installation for gas products is only available on certain days (dependent on location). Once you have placed your order we may need to contact you to change the installation date.
If you ask us to arrange disposal of your old appliance this is done on the same day as installation.
The operating area for the 3rd party Gas Safe registered installers we use is smaller than our normal delivery areas. This is shown below.
3. Nationwide Shipping
We also ship anywhere in the UK via trusted couriers!
Air fryers, microwaves, vacuum bags, you name it!
The only products we can't yet ship are large appliances such as washing machines, cookers, etc.
For most of the UK, our charge is £10.
Our couriers charge extra to ship to certain areas, such as Northern Ireland. Shipping to these locations starts at £20. This handy map shows which areas cost us a little extra to ship to.
