The Burnham Electric Suite incorporates the Optimyst flame effect, which uses ultrasonic technology to create an ultra-fine water mist. This mist, enhanced by under fuel bed lighting, produces a stunning three-dimensional fire effect that adds a warm and inviting ambiance to any room.

With the ability to use the fire independently of the heater, you can enjoy the fire all year round. This flexibility allows you to create a cozy atmosphere without additional heat, perfect for any season.

Featuring thermostatic controls, the Burnham Electric Suite makes it easy to maintain a comfortable temperature in your home. Simply set your desired temperature, and the heater will automatically turn on when the room drops below that level, ensuring consistent warmth and comfort with minimal effort.

If an item is out of stock for a long period of time we will inform you of an expected delivery date by email. If this is not acceptable we will inform you of an alternative item or you may cancel the order.
Please examine goods upon receipt.
We prefer to unpack products for you to inspect on delivery. If your preference is for them to be left packaged we cannot accept responsibility for damage unless it is reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
If we have installed a product ensure you are happy before signing the delivery note. Reports of damage to the product or fixtures/fittings will not be entertained after we have left your premises.
We have 3 ways to ensure your choice of appliance seamlessly makes its way from our business into your hands.
1. Click & Collect
Whether you've ordered online, given us a call, or popped into one of our stores and had a browse, one of our expert team members will make ensure you get your purchase in tip top condition.
Please do note that we will hold your item for up to 30 days after which we will refund the cost if it has not been collected.

2. Expert Delivery & Installation
We can also send out our own expert team to deliver and install your appliances.
It costs £20 for a delivery including large goods (such as Washing Machines, Fridge Freezers, Cookers), and £10 for a delivery of smaller goods (such as smaller TVs, Microwaves, Air Fryers, etc). If you choose for us to install your purchase, then we will deliver for free!
This includes unboxing your appliance and leaving it in a room of your choice.
To prove our commitment to quality of service, we don't hide behind 3rd party subcontractors, or "self-employed" workers, our expert installers are employed directly by us.

3. Nationwide Shipping
We also ship anywhere in the UK via trusted couriers!
Air fryers, microwaves, vacuum bags, you name it!
The only products we can't yet ship are large appliances such as washing machines, cookers, etc.
For most of the UK, our charge is £10.
Our couriers charge extra to ship to certain areas, such as Northern Ireland. Shipping to these locations starts at £20. This handy map shows which areas cost us a little extra to ship to.
