Gas
This model of range cooker is fuelled by gas, meaning installation and use requires both a gas supply and a 13A electricity supply (for the timer and spark to create the flame). Gas burners and ovens are the heat source of choice for many professional chefs, due to the rapid and precise control they can offer over the cooking temperature. The grill is also gas powered, meaning comparably rapid cooking times are to be expected.
With an Electric Oven
Belling have also included an electric fan assisted oven cavity in their Farmhouse 90G series. The tall, fanned oven provides an unbelievably accurate and even temperature, resulting in consistent and reliable cooking quality. Even with an electric oven, this model still only needs a 13A electricity supply, helping to make installation more convenient.
Hob
Every inch of the Farmhouse 90G's available hob space is fully utilised, with the inclusion of 5 burners.

The use of cast iron for the hob's pan supports results in a solid, sturdy and stable cooking experience. The careful and professional finish also add to the visual appeal of the appliance.

The Farmhouse 90G's top left cavity is a variable rate gas grill.
